• Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. We accept VISA, Master Card, and Discover.

• All rates are subject to 10.5% state and local taxes.

• Cancellations require a fifteen-day advance notice. If you cancel with less than fifteen days notice and we are unable to rebook the room, you will be held financially responsible for the dates we had set aside for you. All cancellations will be charged a $20 fee. Special event weekends--a $50.00 non-refundable charge will be taken upon reservation with the remainder charged on February 28 for Grandma's Marathon (non-refundable after this date).

• Innkeepers will be available for check-in between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. Other check-in times must be pre-arranged.

• Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

• For everyone's comfort we are:
  - A smoke free environment
  - Unable to accommodate pets.
  - Unable to accommodate children under 10.

• A two-night minimum is required for weekends from Memorial Day weekend through October 31st for all rooms.

• Rates are based on single or double occupancy, and are subject to change without notice. A third person in the room is an additional $20.
